Global Distribution of SARS-CoV-2 Lineage

Country/territory-wise SARS-CoV-2 lineage distributions of 13,465,375 genomes from GISAID (up to February 24, 2024) based on the combinations of bases at 206 marker sites and variants of concern (VOCs) defining mutation sites. In total 15,083,368 genomes were retrieved from GISAID (as of February 23, 2024), 13,465,375 genomes were used in the analysis after quality control. Criteria for quality control : 1) Ns < 5%; 2) length > 29,000 after removing Ns.
